I'm cleaning up my local mods folder, I consolidated the .sub packages related to this sub into one mod, including the shuttle and an older draft version of this sub that I kept around.

- Removed shutdown switch to reactor because it was installed like slop and I'm too tired right now to correct it.

- Forgot to tag storage containers, bots now properly sort items.
- Fixed texture depth on the entry hatch to make sense.
- Moved spawnpoints around, assistant now spawns in a sensible location.
- Adjusted the random self destruct mechanism, found it triggered too frequently and was detrimental to some player's campaigns.

- Finished mining platform
terminal for long range communication.
camera for main sub to see what's going on, search light follows cursor.
Increased it's battery capacity by 1000 to account for added parts.
Fixed it not charging when docked to sub.
- Modified battery buffer to steal power from stations
- Command room got some touchups, looks better now
- Discharge coil now has a button in engine room to fire it.
- Actually made and tested AI waypoints, so bots are possible now... yay
- Small wiring fixes here and there
- Small decorative changes here and there

- finished up some wiring, dive locker in electrical now get's power.
- added reactor fuel % readings in electrical and command.
- added discharge coil under engine room because the ship has enough indefensible blind spots as is.
- got rid of the secret massive stash of morbusine from when I got bored testing one day.
- added an extra light below rear ballast because it was a little too dark.
- small decorative touch ups here and there
