Added finalbossblue's Goblin Slayer

Rework the mod, now it will have an NPC selling outfits directly in the storehouse at Capital Courtyard's eastern rampart. The main purpose of this change is to make the mod "cleaner" by removing the dummy classes, now you only have to buy the skins and they will be selectable in passive menu.
