Version 2.1:

- Added Materiel Resource for turret deployment.
- Adjusted starting area difficulty. (slightly easier)
- Enabled deployment of MK2 Troopers.
- Added Technician unit to build new-style turrets. (Combat Engineers can still construct the original type)
- Updated unlock timing for the Radio Operator
- Removed Steel Bunker construction requirement at select bases.

1. Fixed an issue which caused Bug invasions to spawn on cliffs and cause Lag as there was no way to kill them.
