• Reduced overall Bonedog spawn rates for the squads to be a random chance.
  
  
• Gave the "Solos" a 100% chance to spawn a dog (default) to help protect them, while random roaming squads have a dice roll.
  
  
• Gave the Menders a random chance to spawn a "Pack Garru" as well. UC Menders will have a 100% chance to spawn Pack Garrus, to help them survive the harsh deserts of the United Cities. HN / Solo Menders have a random % spawn.
