Duro, Eriadu and Raxus made Tier 3 Shipyard worlds
Merged Officer and Anaxes Spawner Script and readded Officer Worlds
Corellia, Corulag, Coruscant, Manda, Oslumpex, Pesfavri, and Prefsbelt are Officer Worlds
Anaxes War College remains the same

Fixed my changed worlds to actually generated the right shipyards
Changed Alaskan to be a Capital Shipyard
Added Arkania to Jedi Enclave and Sith Temple locations
Added Lok and Cularin to Trade Fed HQ locations
Added my Custom hero back (not in a mandator III anymore)
Fixed A6 and Protodeka build limits
