Set Archer build cap to 3.
Added 1 additional special weapon slot to Jager squad.
Also, added inventory capacity checks to Panzerschreck / flamethrower upgrades.
Removed and re-added the Flak 88 to potentially fix any issues.

Swapped out British Sherman for us Sherman in British tank depot. British UK Sherman models would not disappear on death.

Increased Bofors and 17pdr emplacement's health and armor to help counter their increased size.

Fix issue with German bunkers not reinforcing.

Dropped basic sandbag wall timers down from 10 sec to 6 second build time. Added one new tank to German Panzergrenadier Kompaine. Swapped out Bofors and 17pdr models with the recent updated models. Added coastal Defense abilities on German Bunkers.

Fixed British Vickers from retreating to the HQ and skipping forward bases.
Also lowered the build time on some German sandbag defenses.
