Assorted balance changes. GBH level 3 bleed area of effect reduced from radius 3 to 2. Fraudster decoys will no longer follow between levels if the player has hacked enemy and broadcasts. Decoys dissappear after 40 turns to limit entities on the map. Ghost gun changed so that rather firing the entire clip when active, it converts the rest of the clip into a damage bonus which applies to a single normal shot - this fixes the sound weirdnesses of firing 12 bullets simultaneously.

Smuggler now accounts for weapons in the fourth slot. Fixed some trait typos. Burglar calls out it open doors at instant speed. Ghost gun nerfed to not automatically reload at empty from Level 2, now has reduced reload time instead
