Minor Nspecial Rework, Balancing

General:
Edited Djump Animation

Fstrong:
Gave Smears (Hitboxes edited)
Start up F37 -> F36
Early HB lifetime 3F -> 4F
KBS 0.155 -> 0.16

Fair:
Gave Smear (Hitboxes edited)
Damage 4 -> 6,8
Landing lag F10 -> F7 (F3 during install)

Bair:
Gave Smear (Early Hitbox edited)
Landing lag F10 -> F6 (F2 during install)

Nspecial:
Edited hurtboxes a bit
Added upwards & downwards projectile
Added max level charge (basically just get a parry or Ultra install)

Fthrow:
Angle 45 -> 42
KBS 0.11 -> 0.115

Parry:
Ultra Fill 8 -> 10
Will give you a charge of Nspec now

Install:
Timer Gain on parry 300 -> 400
Uair - Extra time 0 > 200
Fstrong - Extra time 0 > 300
Fstrong Ultra keep 0 > 1.5
Ultra keep on hit 0.15 -> 0.25

Lifetime 48 -> 11 [this is actually a buff btw]

Removed Extra hitpause

Init:
Install Ultra Air Friction 2.3 -> 1.7

Balancing

General:
New Thumbnail
* Based it off more off a Rivals thumbnails. (eepy is an example of a smack studio character doing this [Jonah is also a rivals modder])

Init:
Defense Multipiler 2.3 -> 2
Install Defense Multipiler 2.65 -> 2.3
Install Air Friction 2 -> 2.3
Install Landing lag F6 -> F4

Ftilt:
FAF 55 -> 45 (possibly minor endlag reduction)
Super armor frame F20 -> F16
Start up F25 -> F22
Install KBS 0.12 -> 0.13
Install Ftilt hit sfx pitch lowered

Utilt:
Start up F15 -> F13
Install Utilt has smear now (Hitboxes were edited a bit.)

Dtilt:
Start up F9 -> F7
Ultra Dtilt Start up F7 -> F5

Dattack:
Start up F11 -> F9
Endlag +1

Nair:
Start up F10 -> F9

Dev Notes:
* Main patch was to make her defense lower but make her slightly more powerful to compensate (I made a back up before this patch lol)
* Also I didn't buff any of her special was because they are actually pretty solid.

Lowered neutral Ultra fill a little bit
reflector hitbox is bigger

Uspecial:
Touch up hurtboxes

* It was just idle for a while
Spike BKB 10 -> 12
Spike Knockback Scaling 0.04 -> 0.01
Edited Spike hitpause

Dspecial:
Fixed issue where the holding down didn't reflect projectiles.

Nspecial has a cooldown, so she can't just cheese the opponent with Nspecial spam
Ultra can be activated at 65%

During Ultra install it gives you 300 more frames of Ultra
It will no longer charge during the start of the match.

Added Backward angle hit to try to an replicate an angle flipper 6

LVL 1 Fireball:
Damage 3 -> 4
KBS 0.01 -> 0.02
Angle 45 -> 50

LVL 2 FireBall
KBS 0.06 -> 0.08
Damage 6 -> 8

LVL 3 FireBall:
KBS 0.08 -> 0.105
Damage 9 -> 11
Extra hitpause 0.4 -> 0.2
* I Wanted to prevent infinites

Dspecial:
On hold it slowly gain meter
Jump cancel frame 10 -> 8

Fspecial:

Ultra:
Uspecial has Super Armor
Uspecial can be jump cancel after the slam

Down Throw:
BKB 7 -> 10
KBS 0.11 -> 0.05
* Made this as a get off me throw.

Uspecial:
KBS 0.09 -> 0.105
Made falling down faster -16 -> -19
(Maybe mistakenly removed the clear hit flag, now it should be back).
* The opponent can tech it

Fthrow:
Angle 46 -> 45

Grab:
Increased Vertical Grab range

General:
Attempt at fixing a bug where her ultra would be full but no useable when using landing ftilt or fstrong.

Fstrong:
Hurtbox touch ups
Extra Ultra Fill 8 -> 15
* If you're getting hit by this move she deverses it honestly.
