Fixed and changed some stuff.

-Fixed rotating alarm lights (broke after the update)
-Reactor will be repairable if condition drops under 8 (bots won't waste their time now)
-Moved Terminal closer to seat in Reactor Control Center. (very important)

(not a april fools joke I promise lol)
-Reactor water pumps are automatically turned on when spawning in the submarine. (So you don't explode while spawning in)
-Some ugly wires are now hidden in the lower airlock.
-Fixed some walls in the lower airlock.
