Adding more around the Lockdown boards exceptions:
-CEO, Bounty Hunter, Convict, Psychologist are not allowed to use their Trait card in Lockdown games.
-Exception for the Bounty Hunter who gains back his trait card during Coop mode, the logic is that he's supposed to have Cooperative Objective and not Personal ones; and these personal objectives are linked to his trait removal.

(Hopefully I didn't break anything with these big changes)

Alright where to begin...
-Added Encounter help card for Intruders, Carnomorph, Void Seeders next to the Bag help card.
-Changed the text on the Bag help card for Canomorph, Void Seeders and Chytrids, the text wasn't the same as in the manual.
-Added proper exceptions for playing on the Lockdown boards:
-When facing Carnomorph, blue corpse is now in the Alert Room.
-It removes the Starter Item for Captain, Pilot, Scout, Mechanic, Soldier, Scientist, CEO, Android, BountyHunter, Medic, Convict, Psychologist.
-It adds the Starter Item for CEO and Android with a new one.
-It replaces the Pilot Deck with a new one.
-It removes two dog related action cards from the Bounty Hunter Deck.
-It removes the two quest items and adds a new quest item for Captain, Pilot, Scout, Mechanic, Soldier, Scientist, BountyHunter, Medic, Convict, Psychologist.
-It adds 2 personal objective for the Bounty Hunter.
-It adds 2 action cards for the Bounty Hunter and may use one if the condition of the quest item is met.
-It prevents the use of trait for the characters Captain, Pilot, Scout, Mechanic, Soldier, Scientist.
-Switched the color counter to fit the rest
-Tightened the script on some parts.
-Switched the spawn location of multiple characters. Especially all Aftermath characters.

Egg bag now turns transparent whether using the mouse or the numpad when it becomes empty.

Egg bag turns invisible rather than black when empty, feels similar to what we had before but properly working with the functions, which is better.

-Egg bag in the nest now turns black if no more eggs are in the nest.
-Egg bag in the nest will get its colors back if one egg token enters the bag.
-Calling to add an egg token at the pointer position will warn the player that there is no more egg in the nest.

-Turned the egg pile in the nest into an egg bag. This will allow for the last egg to be drawn as the other markers
-Changed the Snare and Traps default placement for the Trapper, quest items are set to be on the right side of the board by default but it's hard to see the Snare with its dark grey color on the rather black player board. Should be better.

-Added an infinite mycellium bag when fighting Chytrids on the Second Contact board.
-Germinator positions in the Laboratory are different when playing on Nemesis boards.
-Returned germinators in the lab now also reset their rotation.
-Added a failsafe for various germinator related functions, this is to nullify the player factor and lessen the need to pay attention to the timing for these functions.
-Removed the need to hold the germinator figure to return it. We were holding the germinators to keep track of the 2 objects represented with 2 states. Now this job has been given to the "onObjectStateChange" function.

-Since the job has been given to a function waiting for the new state, multiple "Wait" functions in relation with germinators have been removed.

-Fixed an issue with the germinators list in the laboratory. When returning one to the lab, the new one would overwrite the previous entry. New script now Exchange the GUID with the one that will do the overwriting. This makes the germinator return function safe to use.

-Fixed an issue where the GMNotes "rest" wouldn't be removed before raising a state on the germinator to the further left side of the Laboratory. This tag is what the upgrade function is using to upgrade germinators in play or not, so keeping it would eventually be a problem.

-Upgrading germinators above their last state now adds mycellium markers above the germinator position rather than below.
-It also calls the return function of each of these maxed germinators, sending them all back to the Laboratory at their right place.
(I'll pay attention on my next games but I didn't see any new issue on this current version so far)

-Replaced "And" with "Or" when checking for Nemesis boards to destroy knowledge tokens after drawing them. Oops.
-Token figures of my first take on Vesture characters now have the same image as their bags, they used to have different colors. See change notes if you want the full story.
-Returning an enemy figure now also reset the health count to zero, users had to reduce it back to zero by spamming clicks. No more :o

Added "Electromagnetic Storm", and 2 "Structural Decay" event copies to the other enemies decks, these events feel quite unique to the Second Contact board, not having them feel like the board is lacking.

Having a section blowing up suddenly or fearing the ship could move on its own adds alot of tension that makes the game more interesting.
