bug fixes like the spear letting you fly or getting stuck in grapples with formhook/gauntlets and some others

added 2 finger variants of the arms for use with playermodels that only have thumb, index and middle finger bones (no ring fingers and no pinky fingers)

compressed musictest folder to save on size (ogg quality 10 to 3)
i personally dont notice a noticably bad change in the quality even with high grade headphones, but if you have a complaint that this compression is too much, let me know at the comments and i'll release a separate addon with wav files instead
