Version 1.1:
- changed the disabling of ai confederations to happen a bit later so that this mod should always overwrite other mods/vanilla scripts which may enable confederations for some ai factions.
- locked two mct settings when you start a campaign to show that they will not work/have adverse effects if you change them mid campaign
