- Added a new game rule to toggle additional mod features (currently just a modifier) or just the original birth date tooltip and nothing else.

- Added a new county modifier (Birthplace of Ruler) which provides +0.1 Control/Month, and +5 Public Opinion for as long as the holder of that county was born there: may change on succession, conquest, or the title being given away.
