UStrong is more of a short-range blast, with only the center projectile doing knockback. However, the move is faster, and said projectile is much stronger. This makes it a more effective anti-air when it comes to getting KOs.
FTilt now moves Miriam forward. The extra range should give the move more use as a short-ish range poke.
NSpecial now has a 60-frame cooldown. This should make it less spammable.
