Updated event logging. Added filtering for simulated events.
Fixed a bug when fighting neutral units and they cast counter-magic.

v0.9.3

A Counter-Magic mana pool has been implemented.
The pool will decrease by 5 mana each time it is used to counter a spell.
Once it reaches 0, Counter-Magic will dissipate.

Fixed a bug (I introduced) regarding Magic Nodes.

Included several fixes to the AI use of Earth To Mud.
The AI will use a lot more now.
