fixed a decal bug.

Updated the grass and ground outside, redid the laundry room, added shutters to the windows, made the windows breakable, (there's still nothing outside.) added reflections with cubemaps, changed some prop placement, added more support beams in the basement, added a gun cabinet in the basement.
