- Added Vortex-Breakdown Flag to autospawn

- (Hopefully Fixed DOW storm selector partially bugging resulting in DOW behaving strange and not detecting tornado entities properly)

- Fixed "You need to be an admin to do that" spam for a funny reason pertaining to an elseif when typing anything in chat.

- Renamed small multivortex etc,. to small, subvorts etc,.. for each type as a partial QOL.
