Shield and Forcefield now heal for a small amount but only apply Resist Up. This makes Forcefield mimic Steeling Wind but for resistance and Shield act as a way to upkeep threat if already top threat. Enforce was made into an AOE to mimic Warcry as well.

Created a new vendor to turn in the Seal in the Jade Cavern so no Vanilla objects were touched.
