New Sam voice option
New skill sounds
Changed back SMG's damage upgrades and changed mana costs from 1/1.2/1.4/1.6/1.8/2 along with the damage upgrades.

16 angles on the SMG. Reduced the dmg increase upgrades from +2 to +1.
Reduced ripper mana cost and TTL.
Increased RPG damage by 20 points.
