cosmetic/bugfix:
~ Gravity jumping now has a slightly updated sound effect
- Hitting a move after UTilt now properly resets the drift multiplier.
general:
~ experimental: removed the auto-turnaround when double jumping in a certain direction.
//This is kind of a huge change so i'll be keeping an eye on it, but i feel it necessary as the character already has access to Dspecial, which is great for turning around in the air. He also has a lot of tech that is ultimately made more difficult *or* controller specific, including advancing back airs and retreating forward airs.

dspecial:
+ static burst yoyo hitbox now has extra hitpause 0 -> 5

uspecial:
- when using uspecial on a yoyo, you now automatically do a second 'zap' instead of being freely actionable. you can hold parry to forego the zap, but you still get sent into pratfall.
- hitbox size reduced slightly

jab:
+ jab 1 startup 3 -> 2 (matches ori)

bair:
- removed the angle flipper 6 on the feet hitbox.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: the move still has flipper 6, but only on the legs. They have the same stats, so 'sweet' just means the furthest hitbox. It should make it a bit harder to get the back hit.

fair:
- lots of adjustments, not all of which i remember fully since i recoded the move slightly. in general:
- slower to startup
- less time between each hits (by 1f)
- now has a hitstun mult of .8 on the last hit
- no longer lerps hit players position

dair:
+ hitbox larger

yoyo
- static burst adds additional nspec cooldown 30 -> 60
(should help with stalling offstage a little)
~ when recalled, yoyo accelerates by 4 units/frame up to top speed instead of immediately starting at top speed
(fixes severely offset hitbox while stuck against a solid)
~ if in the recalled state for >90 frames, yoyo will go through solids
(fixes getting stuck in strong startup when yoyo is stuck behind a solid)

+ smear hurtboxes slightly smaller
- jab 3 endlag on whiff 20 -> 21
(whifflag was improperly implemented)
