Major Changes:
Gamelin added as irremovable starting advisor with unique benefits and downsides, can be replaced later. Additionally added a "Sick Officer" to Gamelin as a Field Marshal.
Added new custom difficulty setting under the "Gameplay Rules" category. Ranges from easy mode, which will give the German AI no buffs in Spring 1940, to hard mode, which will give them minor buffs, to Blitzkrieg Mode, which will give them major buffs.
Military Industry Organizations rework. Renault has been made an Infantry Tank Designer. SOMUA has been made a Medium Tank designer. Hotchkiss has been made a Mobile Tank designer. FCM has been added as a generic tank designer. APX has been moved to a Support Equipment designer. Custom icons have also been added for Hotchkiss and Citroën.
New Pacifism & Defeatism events. "Why Die For Danzig", "A Bourgeoisie War" (Replaces old proscribe communism event.), and the "Phoney War", will now decrease French War Support in the leadup to the Battle of France. Further adjustments to War Support have also been done to decrease the amount France typically has by 1940.
New effects for Banning the Leagues or Banning Communism. Focuses now increase rather than decrease stability, but have other negative consequences. Banning the Leagues will trigger an event chain in 1937 related to "La Cagoule". Banning Communism will lead to a temporary general strike.
Added Chinese Localization.

Minor Changes:
Industry focuses will prioritize putting industry in the Northeast of France, near the Belgian Border, where industry was concentrated historically.
Rearmament focuses now have tiered war support or world tension requirements. Emergency Powers or Rule by Decree no longer unlock rearmament focuses for free.
Continue Gamelin's policies and Follow Weygand now give doctrine cost reduction for Grand Battleplan or Mobile Warfare respectively.
End of the Blue Horizon can no longer be taken until France is at war with a major.
Methodical Battle now gives all generals +1 Defense and +1 Planning instead of doctrine cost reductions.
Chautemps can now complete the "Request Emergency Powers" focus. The focus can additionally be completed without 50% stability if the political crisis is over.
Added a new focus to Support Ethiopia, if the 2nd Italo-Ethiopian War is ongoing.
Added a historical filter to more focuses.
Hanoi Road time decreased to 28 days.
Removed Stout Defender trait from all leaders. AI modifiers are now added by Gamelin and AI strategies.
Right wing economic recovery rebalance, Economic Devolution now removes 10%, as opposed to 20%. Rule by Decree also removes 10% as compensation.
Natural Borders of France will now core the respective states, as will claiming Quebec.
Council of Rambouillet maximum stability increased to 40%.
Council of Rambouillet event chain time cut in half.
Removed Air Doctrine focus, effects moved to Modernize the Air Army focus.
New Description and Name for Nuclear Effort, additionally now requires the research of Nuclear Reactors.
