Added new function to delay functions by delta so frame rate doesn't make diff.
Changed chance function to work properly instead of being opposite, and removed luck inclusion.

1.0 release with main mod, everything before was beta testing.
Changed name in mod menu to be more obvious to enable with the other mod.
