Removed crossbow tech needing a crossbow range built, which needed crossbows to be built, what was i thinking?

Updated for V66
Vanilla archery range no longer improves crossbow skill, instead, changes in V65 to archery range are now in a new training room, crossbow range. This should make the mod fully compatible with any other mod, as it doesnt touch any vanilla file anymore.
