added some more air support for NATO as per user feedback: 1 blackfoot and 2 pawnee at the beginning and a delayed, low-pop 2-pawnee spawn as well; and added sandbag wall for seafront lmgs

Vehicle repair script fixed, All waves converted to provide endless spawns. enjoy

fixed the ending triggers & cameras. completed mission for the first time during a test tonight :-D

moved an enemy tank so it doesnt try and go under the bridge :-/

adjusted loadout for the team, player can now repair their own tank. also added camera shots for intro, arty destruction & air support

actually completeable now. had the wrong id referenced, derp. also added a simple counter for the arty as you destroy them. 1 nato arty has been exchanged for a MLRS, and the attacking Opfor jet that spawns now has slightly decreased ammo (for those damn atg missles making it so difficult)

balancing numbers of static mgs for each sides base, ungrouped arty so they dont run off in formation
