- iM's starting Perks have changed! He now has Scoundrel, Bullet Hell, CQC Training, and Rampage.

KNOWN ISSUES
=============
- The iM4 Carbine uses the M4 Commando model from the default game.
- The iM4's "AFG" Component uses the VFG Component model from the default game.
- The M26 MASS uses the M203 model from the default game.
- The M26 MASS does not appear to play any VFX or SFX upon firing.
- Hovering over the M26 MASS in the Modify UI shows 'Missing text.'
- An assert is fired when loading into the mod editor which can be safely ignored (I think).
- A number of voicelines are kinda cringey and need to be re-written and re-recorded. :P

- Rebalanced iM's starting stats, mostly because seeing all those 80s on the left felt obviously min-maxy. My friends and I also chose our stats before I had really gotten into the game and seen what's what. Still based on a 550-point total, just changed up to emphasize his glass cannon concept and increase his utility outside of combat.

- Realized I forgot to put a parameter "bonusPerKill" in MMO_Perk_iMPerkEffectStandalone, so the visual cues were firing off but the merc wasn't getting the actual damage bonus.
