Fixed hulls so it should hopefully retain little to no water
Other small tweaks and fixes

-Adjusted turret angles
-Fixed something breaking that shouldn't be breakable

Fixed a lot of sprite depth (hopefully)
Fixed some lights that weren't supposed to be breakable but were
Turrets should no longer be "floating" off the fin/hull
Added another duct to medbay
Changed some signs
Changed propeller position
Fixed battery charging ports
