No I have not abandoned the mod.
Yes I will look into some of the new Shadows of the Shroud stuff for the "Children of the Shroud" enclave.

3.13.* compatibility; special thanks to Bane, 24, and Metallic_Hydra/kroun

- Reenabled Prime Machine enclave. It will no longer crash for individualist machine empires.
- Cleaned up outdated code.

Fix:
Unfortunately, the Prime Machines are completely disabled until further notice. Not quite sure what exactly to do about the constant CTD as the hotfix only made things worse. May need an entire rework of them specifically.
