all moves except for uspecial now hits the cloud

strongs will launch the cloud and zap the opponent
- if the opponent is marked, a lightning strike will occur instead

new sprite for the thrown cloud
thrown cloud size increased

cloud now detonates for an instant zap when caught with dspecial
damage/kb adjusted as necessary
cloud now ignores players hit with a high enough kb move

extended parry stun added on recall and pop

the zap hfx now appears regardless of if the opponent was able to dodge it (for clarity)

Known Issues
______________________

spamming dspecial and one of its cancels may cause the cloud to move erratically when near the player
- i have no known fix for this issue.

the weaker spark variant of the lightning hit can be difficult to tell at times as the only cue is audio and is not visible if dodged through
