- fix the main big door after entering mars base not opening

- keyvalues angles 0 0 0 on fumos and npcs spawned from presents
- add a heal for truth mode
- reduce npc sound effect radius a little bit
- add more death sound effects
- add a teleport to the elevator for humans that get stuck

- remove hitboxes from winner status model
- motion disable spawnflag forgotten on some pipes in the reactor
- explosion particles parented to monster are killed due to lazy copy/paste, didn't realize they were parented
- fix npcs spawning at the logic_case instead of the present due to some workarounds for the knife round

fix the following:
- santahut gravity particle not showing
- convert func_physbox destruction effects to prop_physics so that they work correctly (also add more explosions for the heck of it)
- texture alignment on the bridge, fix some visible nodraw in the big room
- item measuremovement not resetting
- ultima spawn on normal rounds
- add safety teleport to tram if you get stuck in the wall or tram
- add earth killer to mars elevator and mars tram
- disable earth killer after beating ex2 once
- collision on a pillar in the reactor that was single hull to save filesize, but was causing the cowbell to be unshootable (now is not solid)
- make fire particle (both item and bridge) more alpha
- add winner status (should persist permanently after beating ex2)
- mars elevator mysteriously going to the void origin
- reduce some ambient sound effects (i hate soundevents)

- completely new version with 2 levels
- level 1 is classic mode with a chance of 3 random events happening
- level 2 is... well, that you'll have to find out for yourself

fix missing material error, update npcs

there are some lighting issues since there is no cascade shadows and i didn't feel like rearranging stationary lights. valve, pls fix.

remove blast damage that was causing crashing... this version has some minor lighting annoyances but i'll fix it for next xmas :^)

fix audio bug at map start (hopefully) as well as some lightprobe errors / balancing regarding the npcs (they should not instakill now)
