More aggressively try to fix visible spectators

Re-upload of last update again

Fixed spectators being visible at the start of the round if they have spectator-only-mode on
ttt_tweaks_invisible_spectators 1

Fixed free kill gun karma ignore tweak working if you just had the free kill gun in your inventory

Remove :IsOnGround() check as it doesn't seem to always work

"Press E to pickup" prompt now only shows if the weapon is on the ground
