Update: 7 Mar, 2018 @ 6:23pm

- large speed increase
- greater intraregion variability on maps without climate realism
- less dense clusters of of marsh tiles
- one continent can no longer span both poles
- coastlines more variable and somewhat thinner overall
- On cold maps with a lot of ice (Snowball, Ice age), all landmasses are always topologically contiguous (there are paths through the ice). For an absurd map, try Archipelago with Climate Realism and a temperature of Snowball.

Update: 25 Feb, 2018 @ 3:01am

- the return of x-shift: wrapped maps will attempt to keep landmasses from being on map edges
- improved intra-region variability

Update: 22 Feb, 2018 @ 1:19pm

fix bug in which Random Globe wasn't a wrapped map

Update: 22 Feb, 2018 @ 1:02pm

- commented out shifting the world wrap to keep continents from being split on the edge, until i can get it to not crash the script sometimes.

Update: 22 Feb, 2018 @ 12:41pm

- Refactored map options.
- There are now many Landmass Types to choose from instead of controlling number of oceans, continents, and islands independently.
- Granularity (number of polygons the world is made up of) is now an option.
- Land at Poles and Climate Realism are now options.
- Doomsday Age is an new option that controls both fallout placement and city ruins and roads.
- Fixed Alpha Centauri Maps compability that I broke in the past few verisons.
- Refactored climate, so that regions are both more interesting and cover the whole gamut of what's possible given the temperature and rainfall of the world.
- Added the possibility of large inland seas.
- Wrapped maps will now attempt to keep themselves from splitting continents across the wrapped edge, for aesthetic reasons.
- Voronoi are now based on Minkowski distance, which makes their shapes a bit less full of diagonal lines.
- Map generation sped up in some cases.
- Fixed a lot of problems with coastal realm maps (now called Coastline, Coast, and Peninsula).
- Should no longer mess with mods that mess with goodies (but I haven't tested this).
- Krakatoa and Great Barrier Reef are moved to suitable locations if they interfere with astronomy-barrier oceans.

Update: 24 Jan, 2018 @ 3:25pm

- smaller, more varied regions
- greater landmass complexity (200 polygons instead of 140 per map)
- hang fix involving mountains

Update: 17 Jan, 2018 @ 10:01am

Prevent occasional infinite loop involving mountains.

Update: 16 Jan, 2018 @ 4:50pm

New climate system that, among other improvements, places unforested tundra more consistently.

Update: 9 Jan, 2018 @ 11:51am

Fix icons not loading on game start, a bug introduced in the last version.

Update: 9 Jan, 2018 @ 11:08am

Fixed World Age 6 Billion Years. It no longer freezes the game.
