New Features Added:
-Marriages and Alliances have been made more realistic.
-Strategist tree has been nerfed.
-It is now much more difficult to ask for a claim and request excommunicate from the Head of Faith.
-Religion hostility levels now give more opinion penalties.
-Base county control increase decreased from 0.1 to 0.0.
-Marrying a Lowborn opinion penalty for Glory Hound vassals has been increased from -20 to -50.
-Gendarme's cost has been increased.
-Brilliance dynasty legacy nerfed.
-Crossbow now counters the horse archer 1x instead of 0.5x.
-HRE Electors now take culture and religion more into account when choosing an emperor. And they tend to choose someone a bit Central-Germanic.
-Light Footman now gain 2 damage and 1 toughness each era after tribal era.
-Quarrelsome, Horse Breeder, Malleable Subjects, Legalistic, By the Sword traditions has been nerfed.
-Guest system has been reworked, now they are more dynamically leaving and be a guest at courts. They are taken into account the host's religion and culture more strict now.


Changes from previous version of the mod:
-The costs of Conquest and Holy War has been reduced 2x from previous version of the mod.(Still much higher than vanilla.
-High era and Late era army innovations values changed. high: 8 size, late: 1 slot 6 size
-Levy toughness scaling with each era after tribal era reduced from 5 to 2.

-AI now handles feudal vassal contracts more effectively.
-Each Level of fame knight limit has been increased 2x.
-Siege weapon siege progress has been reduced slightly.
-Learning contribution to fascination changed from 1 learning = 1% fascination to 2 learning = 1% fascination but fascination base chance increased from 20% to 30%.
-Sappers in the strategy tree now give siege weapon effectiveness instead of maa siege progress.(nerfed)
-Baron, Count, Duke title tiers now fixed to a vassal limit of 10. Kings and Emperors have 20.
-Crown Authority has been completely reworked.
-Tax collectors are now tied to 8 taxpayers instead of 12 taxpayers.
-Instead of earning 1 domain for every 6 stewardship, you now earn 1 domain for every 12 stewardship.
-Every 6 diplomacy grants +1 vassal limit.
-Buy claim interaction has been removed completely.

New features

-It is my domain perk in the avaricious tree is now at the bottom of the tree.
-The time for spymaster "Find secrets" task to complete has been increased.(Golden obligations nerfed)
-Dwarf trait have minor health penalty and Hunchbacked have moderate penalty.
-Base vassal limit has been fixed to 10 for dukes, kings, emperors.
-Crown Authority has been completely reworked; besides vassal contributions and opinion modifiers they are like that: Level 1 has +50 vassal limit, Level 2 has +5 vassal limit, Level 3 has -20 vassal limit and +1 domain limit, Level 4 has -50 vassal limit and +2 domain limit.
-Some of personality traits modifiers changed in a realistic way.(More effective now)

An issue that prevented AI from building duchy buildings properly has been fixed.

Absolute Crown Authority is coming in the last era with primogeniture and all crown authority ranks are more vital in terms of opinion.
Wealth, Domain, Admin trees nerfed.
Feudal Elective - Scandinavian Elective - Tanistry Elective now only valid for Kingdom & Empire Titles instead of Duke.(No more fake primogeniture)
Princely Elective now has 10 vassal opinion bonus.
Creating a title is now more expensive but gives more prestige. (More determinant)
Disinherit cost is more expensive now.
The minimum age of forced take vows interaction while in prison increased from 10 to 45.(You cant forcefully take vows your multiple heirs now, like fake primogeniture.)
Tax Collectors has more vassal levy contribution now.
Cultural Acceptance opinion penalty is more effective now. (Opinion penalty of zero culture acceptance increased from -30 to -80 if they in your realm.)
Knowing language is less effective for opinion penalty of culture acceptance.
All Title tiers now fixed to a domain limit of 1.
Gavelkind innovation no longer gives +1 domain limit.
Divided attention perk now gives +1 domain instead of +2.
All Title tiers now fixed to maa slot +1.
Childbirth is reduced in realistic ways.
Holy Order hire limit has been increased to "5" and their levy size reduced remarkably also piety costs is increased.
Base number of diplomatic range has been reduced from 1000 to 900.
Short reign and Long reign durations has been rebalanced.
Non de-jure vassals opinion penalty has been increased.
Vassals considers joining/leaving factions more carefully.
Supply penalty for each soldier above supply in county has been increased 2x.
