-Expanded the german focus tree
-Added the armistice of Compiègne and the treaty of Versailles (Triggered if later than 11 nov 1918 or Germany lost Frankfurt and Russia Capitulated)
-Nerfed Italy's industrial tree
-Fixed a bug where Austria fell into a civil war
-Lowered the heavy tanks resource cost
-Cost of planes gone from 22 to 50
