Updated version number AGAIN to prevent Cosmoteer 0.30.0a from complaining.

Also prepatched this mod to prevent it from complaining again again when Cosmoteer 0.30.0b, 0.30.0c and 0.30.1 get released.

1.2.0: Updated version number because the game was complaining about old supported version numbers even though this mod should still work perfectly fine in 0.30.0 or in older Cosmoteer versions.

Version 1.1.0 supports Cosmoteer version 0.26.2. Previous versions of Cosmoteer will no longer work due to changes to how stuff is spawned in.
