Honour is now adjusted after generating rewards due to fix honour rewards almost always giving negative goodwill at higher values of honour worth.

Bugfix:
Factions that can't give goodwill aimed for goodwill increasing or decreasing the reward without giving losing goodwill - now aims for 0 goodwill instead.

Default Changes:
Honour value changed from 665 (based on gold value) to 200 (based on selling slaves)

Turns out the 1.6 update isn't compatible with the 1.5 unless you have different assemblies.
So that's what I have done. Same happened between version 1.3 and 1.4
I have concluded it's due to updating unity version.

Left Chance to get Honour as a reward as 100% as part of debugging. Now at 15% per item iteration.

Bugfixes:
- Goodwill was more often than not going negative, turns out I was missing a single ref in a function making reducing items when overflowing not being accounted, now it works as intented.
- Unlike vanilla I didn't have a limit on how much honour you could gain from a single quest, it's now limited to 12 just like in vanilla.
- in 1.6 it turns out that If a reward is generated that isn't allowed by the quest it simply deletes that option.
- Receiving honour in multiplayer wasn't synced.

Features:
- Improved targeting of wanted Goodwill, Customisation is yet to come.

Known Issues:
- Sometimes Rimworld just disgards a QuestReward and requests a new one I don't know why.
