Removed the 1% chance from the mod options since it was making the value stuck at 1% until game restart after selecting another one.

Resaved for performance optimization.
Checked and tested in 1.4 and it seems all is as it should be. Ubahn sectors not added yet as I still have to play them and see if it is a good idea to send squads there.
Removed test version from the title.

You can now select the attack chance in the mod options in the main menu, you can thank rato, it is thanks to him that this became possible.

I realized I hadnt added D11 and D12 as sectors that could be attacked, now they can.
Added a warming in the description, about potential compatibility issues with mods that alter squad activity in the satellite map.
