nerfs to zoning so they have more blindspots to take advantage of.
scythe has a bigger blindspot on the back of its hitboxes
jadethorns starts out further and spawns one less spike.

Kick/Jab: less janky animations
Uppercut: Iasa 17 - 19
Jade Reapers: Spawns at f6
Upper Slash: +0 on block (its a midscreen low)
Axecut: +1 on block
Air Kick: 4f -> 5f
also fixed visual issue with foot strike and some of the other normals
new tools later

minimum distance for 1f penalty -> 60
min distance for 2f penalty -> 150

Mark Duration 160 -> 240
Scythe Throw and Recall Scythe are now higher
Can now instantly cancel scythe throw into other attacks rather than having to wait the entire duration
Scythe is now hittable, takes 2x hitlag ticks on attacks (to a maximum of 8 ticks)

Jadethorns nerf, the time between being able to create another Jadethorns is doubled (24f to 48f), meaning there's a larger gap between when the move can be used.
This should make Malachi's zoning have more gaps to allow for approaches

Pulse Dive: Proration 0 -> 2, worse angle
Distance penalties are less generous (70 and 140 for lesser and greater penalties)
