-Tweaked Babbler jump height. They now jump higher when the target is elevated (eg marine standing on a crate).

-Reduced Babbler jump height.

-Increased Babbler bite hitbox.
-Increased Babbler movement speed to 9.
-Increased Babbler turning speed.
-Reduced Babbler attack interval from 1 second to 0.8 second (faster attack).
-Increase Babbler jump force.
