Description
Mod ID 307212068

-Babblers no longer jump around randomly when idle or after hatching.

-Using a primary attack when you have Babblers attached to you will cause them to detach. (It's raining Babblers!)

-Babblers can now jump attack when bouncing off walls, rather than only after rolling to a stop on the ground. This allows them to attack more frequently.

-Babblers now frenzy (faster velocity) for 5 seconds when near a babbler bait ball.

-Babblers will follow the newest bait ball.

-Baitball duration reduced from 5 to 3 seconds.

Oh and also to get babblers to stick together better. It seems as soon as the babblers get seperated while fighting they become useless.

Oh, shit! You made this mod as well lol! I am running this mod as well on my server. Although I've had to change a bunch of stuff due to balance issues and whatnot.

I am actually looking into fixing babblers getting distracted and babblers getting stuck and not attacking things after throwing a pheromone ball.

Not running your mod, but you can try my modded server and see what really deadly babblers look like.

I nearly never see babblers, "deadly" or otherwise, being used to attack people. They're fairly useful when attacking structures or used as a meat shield though, thanks to the "only takes 5 dmg from anything" attribute. A swarm of babblers can knock down a power node surprisingly fast... if they can actually hit it.

Even with this changes they are still a joke, the only chance a babbler can get you, if you do not notice the babbler for a while and he constantly bites you.
Under "deadly" I understand a whole different thing.
For example I made my babblers far more deadly, they can really kill enemies and become a serious threat in numbers.
