* Updated the trait descriptions for Livestock 2, Skin Lesions, Necrosis, Tumors, Paralysis, Total Organ Failure (TOF), and Rodent 2

* Renamed USA to Freedom Land, UK to Left-Side Drivers, and Greenland to HELL

* Added a pop-up message for infecting Greenland, congratulating the player for managing to accomplish said task.
