Added preferred containers to fuel rods so that bots wouldn't go about making a mess on the sub (Primary = fuel rod crate, Secondary = reactor cabinet)

Whole bunch of changes. Some stored things (like fuel rods) may or may not break on existing saves this time around.

-Refactored the reactor yet again
-Fixed supercritical rod cooking
-The RFA can now use both rods and cartridges. Cartridges offer -a much safer way to spread joy to your local outpost's manager, a crawler, husk or many other thingies at the cost of much -smaller capacity.
-Fuel rods can't be launched from the tongs anymore. This is a side effect caused by the RFA change. I couldn't find a way to make projectiles behave correctly for both the RFA and the tongs.
-Updated the incendium cartridge texture
-The incendium cartridge behaves like the regular nuclear cartridge (it doesn't combust anymore)
-Updated some bits within the translation files
-Possibly some small changes within the reactor's behaviour

Updated the mod to work with the latest ER update ( Fixed the missing textures ). Let me know if I missed any issues

Combined the Holdable & Throwable components of the Enhanced Crisis Warhead into one. The regular one remains unchanged as the patch doesn't override it

Incendium rods no longer explode upon impact if they're stored within a proper container(Fuel rod crate, single fuel rod carrier etc)

Updated the reactor to include the additional input pins
Probably added support for Immersive Repairs (haven't really tested it)
Refactored the code for the EK reactors using "variantof". Hopefully it doesn't break anything

Merged throwable & holdable into a single tag in fuel rods. The console won't complain about fuel rods now
