- Added cooldown for 'Berserk' category in the callout wheel (so that it's not spammable)

Berserk | 0s --> 30s

- Increased the cooldowns for:

'Charge' | 2 --> 3
'Shoot' | nil --> 3

- Decreased the cooldowns for:

Low Health sound | 3 --> 2

- Added 5 New Voicelines!
  • 'Berserk' (1 new variant)
  • Death sounds (2 new variant)
  • [NEW] Heal to max health (1 variant)
  • [NEW] Shock Damage (1 variant)

- Moved and rearranged some voicelines between categoies

- Reduced most of the delays in the code, some sounds might play a little faster / more often
