Added 15 new and reworked repaints

Completely removed Berlin icons

- “Please board at the front” stickers and edges on all buses improved.
- Some new, sharper textures - incl. removal of the Berlin symbols.
- Sparkasse bus: Matrix display on the left side visible again.
- ILK bus (1901): Fake indicators removed, logos revised.
- Scania: Top color gradient revised and adapted to the Solaris Urbino III.
- New and revised NEW paintwork added.
- NEW and WestVerkehr livery added for the Galaxis Urban 18
