Can now position the user interface (language select and mute buttons) with x and y sliders

Cached text and text background height on background load, fixes problems where changing text position while the text was inactive would result in mismatched text position to text background position

Remove text screen anchor, character text should now follow the text background properly

Fixed new Logo not being toggleable with the logo select dropdown

Hidden characters don't play voicelines or stop other voicelines

Buttons to select the language and mute, using locastorage to persist values across sessions

Fixed the names again (man I'm terrible with names).

Added music to the wallpaper, can be turned down with a slider.
