Updated the mod for the High Tide Free-LC patch.
• Made the "Management" buildings the new blue colour.
• Made the "Special" buildings the new purple colour.
• Made the "Military Support" buildings the new orange colour.
• Added background colours to the new Sea People buildings that were brought in with High Tide.
• Re-evaluated the background colours for Outposts.
• Up-scaled the 1080p icons (sometimes - even at this resolution - those icons could look blurry).

Updated the mod to include large versions of the icons for players using resolutions above 1080p.
