[Fixes for the Fixed Version Competition done!]

-FSTRONG, USTRONG, BAIR, & DSTRONG now have colddowns!
-Obtained parry sound when parried!

-FSTRONG (flashlight) now haves the double attack! And it's cool!
-DSTRONG (guitar) now you can know where is the attack with the new assigned sprites!

Fixed infinite backair attack.
Because I don't know how to put that the back air don't do infinite with vspeed, I made it so you can get the accuracy by jumping with that accuracy.
