All new units have been added to the system and level changes for modified ones have been applied.
Notes: More than 300 new entries, Hammerers are at a very low level, in my opinion it is the best of lvl 3 by far.

2 bugs have been fixed, new centigors can now be recruited from both beastmen and Tze (they were inverted)
The Ksl Snow Leopard can now be recruited from settlement level 2.
