Added extra gear bits as a seperate bodygroup for the main body.

Added two new helmet bodygroups that look very familiar.

Added a bodygroup and changed the face to be more dirty, also added a extra skin for a more serious wound.

Tried fixing ragdoll, dont know why its busted and behaves strangely, its a bit better now but not HL2 citizen physics exactly even though its the same physics model and ragdoll settings.

Overhaul of shades.

modified the original textures to look a bit more different from the original rusty rebel textures, and modified the hands accordingly, also remade the C_hands model due to me never making sources for it.

also removed a useless animation model the NPC model calls for since the server it was added for is dead.

Updated the model to now have gloves that dont cover the fingers fully, overhauled the barney helmet qualitywise to be on part with the rest of the assets, and now using the latest version of my facemap, made fully by me instead of merging BMCE stuff together for the head.
