More bug fixes! Eliminated an especially deadly one that could lead to an immortal Master Hand again! Others bugs do remain but they seem to be minor and should not make a game unfinishable. As more features are added to the game I should hopefully be able to be fix more and more of these bugs caused by Master Hand being such an unusual character!

Balance Adjustments:

CHANGE Master Hand didn't feel big enough to be a boss character, his size has been scaled from 1.5 to 1.8

BUFF Master Hand gains 2.5 Ultra Charge upon being hit instead of 1

NERF Neutral Air has 3 frames of startup.

BUFF Neutral Airs finishing launch Base Power increased from 6 to 8.

BUFF Forward/Backward Air Base Knockback on all hitboxes increased from 5 to 7

BUFF Forward/Backward Air first hits Knockback Scaling increased from 0.085 to 0.1

BUFF Up Airs final hit Knockback Scaling increased from 0.18 to 0.2

CHANGE Master Hand can now move while using Down Special

BUFF Side Specials Chakrams movement speed increased from 3 to 4, and returning speed from 6 to 8

BUFF Side Specials Chakrams Knockback Scaling increased from 0.15 to 0.2

CHANGE Side Specials Chakrams launch angle adjusted from 260 to 90

BUFF The Size of Ultras hitbox increased from 6 to 8

NERF Ultra now has a longer pause and startup to allow easier reaction time

Added some more logic to avoid possible edge cases for the previous update.

Fixed a rare but gamebreaking bug where Master Hand would sometimes not die when he was supposed to and then would continue to exist as an immortal!

Fixed the Stock Icon showing up incorrectly, and various knockback based bugs.
