Changes / fix :

Bloodline Strigoi :
T3 Bloodkiss unlocks now properly gives Frenzy to the bloodline strigoi lord (unmounted)
Suzerain of the fallen : -1 building turn is now provincewide instead of regionwide
Grave society : -15% building reduction cost is now provincewide instead of regionwide

Changes / fix :

Ancillaries :
Dreg (+10% post battle loot) now apply to the army instead of just working for the character (was not giving any value equiped on heroes)
Warlock (defense d'embuscade +15%) now applies on army aswell

Skill Node :
(Lahmian) Smooth Persuasion : adds 1 additionnal capacity for allied units in armies (factionwide)

Changes / fix :

Blood knights (sword and shield) benefits now from the same bonus as their lance counterpart
